这个工作流通过 GitHub Webhook 监听指定仓库的 Issue 创建事件。当新 Issue 被创建时，工作流Automatique在 Trello 对应的看板和列表中创建一张卡片，包含 Issue 标题、描述、标签和链接，实现开发与项目Gestionoutil的无缝同步。
